Pretty good movie overall, but the whole monkey scene was just wayyyyyyyyy over the top. Totally not needed like you said. The snake bit was, well, lets just say I could go to Toys R Us and reenact it very faithfully. The ending played off like a PBS "The more you know" ad to just stay in school. I'm glad I went to see it though, at the very least to complete the Indy Jones experience. I just saw this last night.
