This weekends winners are…

With two big boys at play this weekend, there was something for everyone. If you wanted action, then you got Wanted, but if you wanted fun, comedy, and animation, then you had Wall-E. I saw both of these amazing films and I suggest if you havent yet, you need to now! But who won this weekends battle of the box office? Lets find out.

A robot with a heart, and Pixar with a pocket full of cash! Wall-E the Review.

So I went and saw Wall-E this weekend. Mainly because it was at my theatre, but I will admit that I was looking forward to seeing it anyway. There was a problem though. Something must have been in the air. Maybe some harsh allergens, sawdust, the flickering of the projecter, or some strong perfume, but my eyes kept watering. I just dont know what it was……… Anywho was Pixar able to make another winner out of this cute robot? Lets take a look.

I Walk Among You. The New Iced Earth Release!

Finally the band has answered our prayers and countless nerd rage emails, Matt Barlow is back as frontman of Iced Earth! But can the band pick up where they left off with him? Or does Iced Earth need more then their former singer to kick ass again?

Wanted, Curving Bullets and Kicking Ass

I’ve been waiting not so patiently for this movie for the longest time. Comic Con in NYC graced us with a few delicious crumbs, but thanks to Black Curtain Screenings I was able to catch the adrenaline filled Wanted a few days before everyone else. MWAHAHAHA.

Episode 9.5: Umm… it’s not quite ready yet.

(or “that’s it! Find yourself a new Chris…”)

This Weekends Winners Are…

The Love Guru bombs… And so does everything else…

It was a dissapointing weekend for the movie industry, but nothing amazing really came out anyway. So lets take a look at what topped the box office this weekend.

Isn’t printing your own money illegal? Well apparently Nintendo doesn’t think so.

Look at the console system parket today. Its thriving 10x more then the last gen consoles could have ever hoped. But one console stands out the most. The Nintendo WII. This thing is basically just printing money for Nintendo. I woulnt be suprised if Nintendo was sitting on over a dozen games at the moment. Just waiting to release them when and if the insanity that is the Wii slows down.

Episode 9: Shyamalan-a-thon
