So amazed, I’m writing from work

What you are about to bear witness to is nothing short of pure wizardry. Youtube user iamchris4life uploaded his obliteration of Dragonforce’s Through the Fire and Flame from Guitar Hero 3…on expert, gaining a score of 978,786 and 100%. Would this triumphant victory be worth the carpal tunnel? You be the judge. I have mixed emotions about the game but this is unbefreakinleaveable.

Greek Festival Time!

It’s that time of year again. It’s officially summer, the weather is getting warmer, people are firing up their grills, and every Greek (well, Hellenic if you want to be authentic) Church is throwing their annual festival. Never been? Now is your chance!

Weezer + internet memes = LOLz

I don’t know how many of you are into Weezer, but I’m a pretty big fan. Some of you might remember back in ‘05 when they took a bunch of their biggest fans to record a video for the song Beverly Hills at the Playboy Mansion. The new Red Album comes out on June 3rd and the fun has already begun.

Bringing oldschool games into current gen gaming

Much like the movie industry adapting classic books or revamping films, the gaming industry often reaches back in their catalogs to games of yore. Developers such as Sega and Capcom are bringing back some games which I remember spending countless hours playing.

Forget Dark Knight and Iron Man was crap….

That’s right!  There’s a new movie in town that’s going to blow these out of the water!  Even though it’s coming out in a little over 10 months, just the sheer knowlege of it’s existence makes any other movie absolutely worthless.  So from now until then, every other movie better step aside.

All Ticketmaster is missing is the whip

I’ve been convinced for a long time that Ticketmaster is owned by Satan himself.  Who else would charge you a fee to print out a ticket from your own printer?!  On top of all these rediculous fees and charges, Ticketmaster has managed to go one step further as the most sadistic company ever.

Cue the Black Sabbath Theme Song

I just got back from the 12:01 showing of Iron Man, the first in a long line of movies I’m eagerly waiting to see. So, what’d I think?

Tron, A Touch of Nostalgic Gaming.

Now I don’t know how many of you remember/played/want to remember a game that came out a while ago for the pc called Tron 2.0. While not exactly the best game ever created by today’s standards, it had decent game play and a good story. Why amongst the platinum hits of today am I bringing this game up? Lightcycles. The only part of the game truly worth anything.
