Dee? Frackin' Dee!? I must admit when I saw her chanting to herself in the raptor I was concerned, but I thought she was getting better, I had absolutely no clue! Kudos to Kandyse McClure for wrenching my jaw open with that bullet.

The scenes with Olmos, Hogan and McDonnell were powerful, gut-punching stuff, and the role reversal between Tigh and Adama as voice of reason and depressed drunk respectively was very clever indeed. All in all the cast were all at the top of their games, nothing to lose now, it really does feel like they're giving it everything.

The only thing I would say is that it is a shame that the series was pulled apart the way it was. This episode is all about personal fallout (well….and nuclear too I suppose) and, had this episode followed straight after it's predecessor, the drama would be all the more wrenching. As it is (and I stress that this is the fault of the network, not the writers) we've had time to collect ourselves, brace for what was to follow, the wounds are not as fresh. However, rest assured that this episode was nothing short of a powerhouse.

So where does that leave us now? Starbuck isn't a cylon but then why was her 'original' body found on the planet surface? How did the Final Five get to Caprica? Where will the crew go next? I know none of these things, but I do know that it's so good to have BSG back, even if it's to prepare to say goodbye.
